What’s in my bag?

I have always loved the blogs & Youtube channels that feature a story on what’s inside their handbag. I’m constantly curious to see what your must have/go to products are. I’ve put together a quick list of my top essentials that always live in my bag- no matter what bag I carry!

Saje Pocket Pharmacy- Never leave home without this. It includes everything you could need to help you get through a tough day. I highly recommend you picking one up. My favorite one out of this is the Peppermint Halo.
Laura Mercier Vanilla Fragrance- I fell in love with their fragrances a long time ago and this is always my go to scent. I LOVE the smell of vanilla! So if you have any suggestions, please let me know πŸ™‚
Kat Von D Compact- I love to use this for a quick touch up after a long day. Hands down one of my favorite powders on the market. Comparable to the Armani Luminous Silk compact powder.
YSL Wallet- Never go anywhere without my Wallet. I love an all black wallet and instantly fell in love with this when I saw it, so I had to get it!

Now lets move on to lips… what are my go to products?
Buxom Cosmetics Lip Balm & Plump Liner- The big O lip balm is hands down my favorite lip balm to date. It’s hydrating but adds a tint to your lips. The tone almost self adjusts to your lip tone and will look different on everyone. It’s also very cooling on the lips!!!! Lastly, the plump liner…Cannot live without this. I have them in all colors, thanks to Buxom Cosmetics. I use it to line and fill my lips. Long lasting, pigmented and comfortable to wear.

PS. One last thing that I always have in my bag. My hand lotion!! I cannot go anywhere without my hand lotion. It is a necessity. I only love the Glysomed hand cream. If you know me, you know how much and how often I use my lotion. #addictedtohandlotion

Start your makeup career..

A lot of you have been asking if I’ve gone to makeup school and if I recommend it. The truth is that education and learning is ESSENTIAL in your personal and professional growth. I am an advocate of learning. Some people go to school and take away very little information, while others retain almost everything. Figure out what works for you.

I have personally gone to makeup school for global make up artistry and the program included Tv & Film, SPFX & Prosthetic’s. If you’re looking to go to makeup school to learn the basics, look no further and check below.

I had the Online Makeup Acadamy reach out to me through my social channel to do a review of their program. After looking over their program and kit, I must say that it is an incredible starter program for those of you that want to pursue your passion without it costing an arm and a leg. They offer a full program with a starter kit which covers the essentials.

You have projects and assignments that you need to complete through this program and I highly recommend you all reaching out. This isn’t a paid post, just an honest review. The items below are ALL part of the kit!!!

I have continued to learn over the years however and honestly passion is the best thing you can have in your brush belt. With summer coming to an end, i’m craving Spring ’18 already! Peep below for a  few images from one of my favorite designers that stood out to me at VFW . Charly Thorn is just an 18 year old Australian designer and her pieces are beautiful.  The teal coloured fabric is 100% Australian Merino Wool, the transparent fabric is 100% silk, and the print is 100% linen. Can’t wait to show you all more pieces from the collection. In the meantime, check out Charly Thorn and swoon over some of her beautiful SS’18 collection. #womanwhosupporteachother
